On 28 November 2025, we were honored to celebrate the Commercial Operation Date of the Monsoon Wind Power Project at “The Celebration of the Great Beginning” in Vientiane.

We were privileged to welcome the Deputy Prime Minister of the Lao PDR, the Minister of MOIC, Lao government officers, and ambassadors from Canada, China, Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Our appreciation also goes to all lenders, advisors, the EPC contractor, the technology provider, and all shareholders whose dedication and collaboration made this achievement possible.

This milestone marks a major step for Laos as a rising leader in renewable energy, and a powerful example of what collaboration between countries, communities, and partners can achieve.

The Monsoon Wind Power Project stands as the first real step toward ASEAN’s interconnected clean-energy future, bringing the region closer to the ASEAN Power Grid aspiration.

A great beginning, and the promise of many more milestones ahead.
